Terms of Service for GracePad

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the GracePad mobile application (the "Service") operated by GospelCentrik ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you create, post, or share on the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of the notes, annotations, and any other content you create ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.
• Sharing: You have control over your User Content and can choose to share it with others. We will not share your content without your permission.
• Content Restrictions: While we do not impose restrictions on the content you create for personal use, you are prohibited from sharing any content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to review any reported content and take appropriate action at our discretion.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

3. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

• Content Violation: If a note or other content you have shared publicly is reported and found to be in violation of our content guidelines, we may suspend or terminate your account.
• User-Initiated Deactivation: You may deactivate your account at any time. A deactivated account will be flagged for permanent deletion within 30 days. During this period, you may reactivate your account. To permanently delete your account and data immediately, please contact us through the app or website.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GospelCentrik, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
